Ravioli dos Namorados

Que tal uma massa caseira mais linda do mundo para o dia dos namorados??? Homemade ravioli sweethearts recipe por @arte.e.gastronomia

Massa – ingredientes:

250gr trigo 00

250gr semolina

5 claras

5 colheres de sopa de urucum

1 colher de chá de sal

1 colher de chá de azeite extra virgem

Modo de Preparo:

Penere o trigo e misture a semolina e o sal.

Separe as claras das gemas e bata no liquidificador com o urucum. Faça um buraco no meio das farinhas e deite a mistura líquida. Acrescente o azeite e vá misturando aos poucos. Coloque numa bancada e sove delicadamente. Quando estiver bem homogeneizada deixe descansar por 30′.Abra com a ajuda de rolo ou cilindro até ficar bem fininha.

Recheie com o que mais gostar, desde que não tenha mto líquido. Tipo; brie com damasco, gorgonzola com nozes picadinhas, ricota com espinafre, muzzarela com abóbora etc.

Use um cortador em formato de coração pra ficar mais romântico! Cozinhe em água salgadinha e sirva com um belo molho branco.
