Receitinha de Moqueca de Frutos do Mar com Farofa de Maracujá

Meia hora antes tempere as lulas e camarões com sal e pimenta do reino.

Numa panela deixe cozinhar as cascas do camarão para fazer o caldo.

Esquente o azeite de oliva em panela de barro e frite 4 dentes de alho picados e 2 pimentas dedo de moça picadas sem caroço.
Quando já estiverem começando a dourar, coloque uma camada de cebolas e uma de tomates em rodelas e sem semente.
Adicione o 1/2 L caldo de camarão e deixe ferver um pouco.

Levantando fervura adicione postas de peixe (no nosso caso cherne) deixe cozinhando por 10-15mints tampado.
Acrescente lulas cortadas em anéis e Camarões descascados
Acrescente também 3 colheres de azeite de dendê e leite de coco até pegar cor.

Deixe cozinhar por mais 5 mints, jogue por cima, coentro e cebolinha picada.

Acerte o sal a gosto.
Sirva com arroz e farofa de maracujá.

 

Farofa de Maracujá

Coloque na frigideira azeite de dendê e manteiga. Quando estiver quente e derretido, jogue a polpa de maracujá separada para não ficar grudado. Coloque um pouco de sal, misture, adicione a farinha e deixe torrar até virar farofa.
