As delícias de Visconde de Mauá

Durante anos tive uma implicância inexplicável com Visconde de Mauá. Minha memória era de um lugar looonge, com estrada ruim e muito “bicho grilo”.

Estrada consertada, redescobri o lugar com mimos e gastronomia.

Ficamos no Warabi. Uma pousada simpática japonesa com um bar de cervejas na frente.

O réveillon de 2017 teve a melhor ceia – mais “haute cuisine“. Vieiras, ceviches de bacalhau com moluscos, vários pratos culminando com um largo e belo combinado. Coisa de gente detalhista.

É assim é a pousada. Com pequenos toques pessoais e a simpatia do marido mestre cervejeiro.

Na Pizzaria Purpuris –provei o chutney mais gostoso de cebola! Boa pizza e uma entrada especial com manteiga de mel e ervas. Filhotes bem-vindos e um super atendimento. Chegamos e já vieram com dois guarda-chuvas para não nos molharmos!

Há Fondues, Pizzarias, restaurantes ainda a conhecer e explorar. Fora as bijoux de pedras mais BBB que conheço. Mauá é encantadora e ganhou a família.

OBS: Vá à Cachoeira do Escorrega! É um barato.
