Uma noite por Bordeaux

Em meio a elegantes sabores, com história e personalidade, fomos convidados a uma viagem pelo vinho descendo o Rio Dordogne.

A noite era por conta da divulgação dos vinhos Robert Giraud importados pela Casa Flora Importadora, no histórico e saboroso Santo Colombo na Alameda Lorena.

Começamos com um Sauvignon Blanc Blason Timberlay suave e equilibrado, com a elegância francesa presente. Seguiu-se com um 60% Merlot e 40% Cabernet Sauvignon Blason Timberlay, com uma complexidade de notas e um prazer ao palato ímpar para acompanhar a delicada e bem executada massa da casa com camarões, mexilhões e polvo.

Por fim, o tiramissu e a torta fondant de chocolate amargo que gerava a sensação de abraço interna foram um encerramento incrível enquanto nos permitimos degustar um florado 60% Cabertnet Sauvignon/Merlot  Château Moulin de Bel-Air 2013, de Médoc.

Robert Giraud tem histórico de anos de produção de vinhos e é a maior exportadora francesa. Detém 65% das propriedades vinicultoras, representando com exclusividade 300 marcas e tendo 20 propriedades só em Bordeaux. Pode ter experiencia de aprender um pouco com especialistas é algo que só tenho a agradecer ao convite da Anagrama e Casa Flora.

Já Santo Colombo é a 27 anos a casa de José Alencar. Uma simpatia que se reflete na competência da execução dos pratos, refletida na casa histórica, no ambiente elegante e sabor de gente que faz e sabe fazer. Às sextas e sábados, ainda há um piano ao vivo, que irei conferir em breve.
