Molho a bolonhesa: refoga uma cebola pequena e dois dentes de alho picado, adicione 500g de 🥩 carne.
Quando a carne estiver mais frita e seca adicione vinho 🍷 tinto.
Quando seca novamente, adicione molho de tomate 🍅 de preferência rústico, com pedaços.
Acrescente água para amaciar a carne e reduzir, adicione pimenta do reino, tomilho, noz moscada e sal.
Deixe ferver entre 1-1:30hs até reduzir bem. Se der menos tempo que isso adicione mais água.
Quando ao fim, coloque leite ou creme de leite fresco já com o fogo desligado. 
Reserve.
Molho Bechamel: em panelinha coloque uma colher de sopa de manteiga para derreter.
Adicione três colheres de sopa rasas de farinha de trigo, mistura e deixe dourar em fogo baixo. Acrescenta 250-300ml de leite, pimenta do reino, sal e noz moscada e mexa até encorpar em fogo baixo.
Reserve.
Lasanha: em uma travessa adicione uma camada de molho bolonhesa, coloque uma camada de molho, uma camada de queijo e uma camada de massa até preencher o refratário. Adicione o bechamel e coloque parmesão. Coloque para gratinar por 40min.
