Chocolate cream
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
200g of cream in a box
100g dark chocolate
Method of preparation:
Bring the ingredients to medium heat, stir constantly. Once the dough is thick, continue for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Tip: put the cream in the container and put a plastic film or plastic glued on the cream to avoid creating a film
White cream
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk

40g egg yolks (2 units)
Method of preparation:
Bring the ingredients to medium heat, stir constantly. Once the dough is thick, continue for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.

Chocolate syrup
90g water
100g milk
60g cream
30g sugar
150g 1/2 dark chocolate
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients in the pan except the chocolate. It should boil and add the chocolate
Assembly: mix chocolate cream, champagne biscuit, bonbon of your choice, white cream, champagne biscuit, bonbon. To finish, pour the chorizo sauce on top and decorate with broken chocolates.
