MINI CHURROS COM DOCE DE LEITE

Ingredientes:
1 ovo
125g de água
100g de farinha de trigo
30g de açúcar
30g de manteiga
1g de essência de baunilha
1g de fermento em químico
1 pitada de sal
Modo de preparo:
Ferver a água com manteiga, açúcar e sal. Adicione a farinha de trigo e o fermento, mexendo continuamente em fogo brando até a massa ficar homogênea e soltar do fundo da panela.
Coloque a massa na batedeira ou misture na mão, adicionando o ovo e a baunilha à massa
Molde os churros com saco de confeiteiro ou manualmente, fazendo salames.
Frite em óleo quente, deixando escorrer em papel toalha para que os churros fiquem sequinhos.
Passe os churros em um mix de açúcar e canela e sirva com doce de leite à parte.
DOCE LEITE CREMOSO FEITO EM CASA
Ingredientes: 1 lata de leite condensado
Modo de Fazer: Coloque uma lata de leite condensado (sem o papel em volta) em uma panela de pressão cheia (mas não lotada) de água em temperatura ambiente e coloque no fogo.
Assim que a panela começar a pegar pressão, deixe em fogo médio e comece a contar o tempo. Deixe 30 minutos, desligue o fogo e aguarde sair toda pressão antes de abrir. Espere esfriar antes de abrir a lata.

Ingredients:
1 egg
125g of water
100g of wheat flour
30g of sugar
30g of butter
1g of vanilla essence
1g of yeast
1 pinch of salt
How to:
Boil the water with butter, sugar and salt. Add the wheat flour and yeast, stirring continuously over low heat until the dough is homogeneous and released from the bottom of the pan.
Put the dough in the mixer or mix by hand, adding the egg and vanilla to the dough
Shape the churros with a pastry bag or manually, making salami.
