Cardápio Light e Fácil de Fazer

Burger no Grill com Berinjela e Batatas Rústicas com Alecrim e Azeite de Alho no Airfryer

Filhote não gosta de carne moída, mas adora hambúrguer e a galerinha aqui em casa está precisando recuperar a forma após as férias.

Então o cardápio foi feito em menos de uma hora, fresquinho e com ingredientes que já tínhamos em casa:

Burger: Um pacote de carne moída

Fumaça Líquida ou em Pó

Sal (do Himalaya, mas não obrigatoriamente)

Adicione um pouco de azeite ao final (se quiser)

Misture o sal na carne, adicione a fumaça em pó e coloque no Grill. Simples assim.

Batatas: Corte em fatias médias e bote para cozinhar. Quando o amarelo das batatas já estiver cozido, bote no airfryer com um pouco de azeite (com alho, trufado ou não) ou óleo de girassol e deixe 15 min aproximadamente (se fizer mais de uma leva a segunda é mais rápida).

Salpique sal e adicione o alecrim fresco.
